Twelve people are called to the jury for a murder case as traumatic as it is controversial. The respected headmistress, Fri Palmers, is accused of two murders, one of which is her own daughter. Gradually, as the trial gains momentum, not only Fri's fate is at stake, but also the lives of the jurors who are shaken to the core.
Each juror reacts based on their own personal scars and life experience. It will be up to you to decide the guilt or innocence of this woman devastated by circumstances. To make the final decision, your own life experiences and past wounds will be crucial.
The Jury (The Twelve), the series that won the award for Best Screenplay, at the 2019 Cannes International Series Festival (Canneseries). The production, which had 1.2 million viewers in its linear premiere on public television in Flanders, is composed of 10 60 minute episodes.
