Netflix has launched its new series mystery and science fiction Katla, from award-winning director Baltasar Kormákur (Everest; Trapped).
The series on Netflix is set in Iceland, after the Katla subglacial volcano has been constantly erupting for an entire year, Gríma continues to search for his missing sister who disappeared the day the eruption began.
As their hope of finding his body fades, The surrounding residents begin to receive visits from unexpected guests. There could be something hidden beneath the glacier that no one could have predicted.
