Netflix will launch the horror movie Nobody leaves alive. Based on the masterful novel by Adam Nevill (The Ritual) and an ensemble cast starring Cristina Rodlo, Marc Menchaca and David Figlioli.
The Netflix movie follows Ámbar, she is embarking on her American Dream after spending years diligently caring for her sick mother in Mexico. He arrives illegally in Cleveland, with very little money and inadequate clothing for what is expected to be the coldest winter on record.
After finding cash work at a local clothing factory, he rents the cheapest room available in a nearly abandoned place. Awakened by the sobs of the other tenants, haunting nightmares, and strange supernatural noises echoing from the basement, Ambar begins to wonder exactly who, or what, lives inside the house with them.
It soon becomes clear that Ambar has walked into a trap, one in which she will soon be introduced to the evil that has been lurking in the basement. Ambar must fight to escape her living nightmare, but in a house where no one hears the screams, will she ever make it out alive?
