Latin American chefs talk about their lives and add a touch of tradition and innovation to their delicious gastronomic offering in Street Food: Latin America, a docuseries full of flavor.

From the creators of Chef's Table, the hit series Street Food returns for a new culinary and cultural adventure. Street Food Latin America will travel to six Latin American countries and explore the vibrant street food culture of Oaxaca, Mexico; Salvador, Brazil; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Lima Peru; Bogota Colombia; and La Paz, Bolivia.

Each episode thus highlights the stories of perseverance and culture that give life to the cuisine of each country. The mouth-watering documentary series travels to Latin America to meet local street food stars. "Street food vendors are an integral part of a country's culture, they bring to life the richness of a city, preserving traditions while bringing joy to the people and communities around them," explained Brian McGinn, executive producer of Street Food, in the Netflix statement. Available on Netflix, July 21.

The hit series Street Food, is a documentary that premiered on Netflix on April 26, 2019, created by David Gelb, that explores some of the best street foods in the world. Archival footage is combined with face-to-face interviews and follows the street food chefs and their story, and why it is intertwined with the bigger picture of how influential street food is in its home country.
